How to Prepare for Cadet Challenge

I've been asked by several cadets..."what's the best way to prepare for Cadet Challenge testing in May?" . The short answer is - DO SOMETHING PHYSICAL AT LEAST THREE TIMES A WEEK! Sitting around on the coach all week won't cut it! If you use our once-a-week PT session to prepare for Cadet Challenge, it will not be enough. Remember, you need to talk to your parents or guardians to make sure you're physically and medically fit for Cadet Challenge, and that your medical release form didn't have restrictions. Here's some tips on how you have the best possible performance in Cadet Challenge.
